Welcome to Lofty Enterprises. This online store is operated by a U.S. sole proprietor under the storefront name “Lofty Enterprises.” These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and purchases made through it.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, availability, and delivery estimates accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing updates, and normal production differences may cause minor variations in color or appearance.

Product availability, specifications, and prices may change before an order is accepted. Any product-safety, compatibility, performance, or certification statement applies only when it is expressly stated on the product page and supported by information available for that product.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges will be disclosed before the order is submitted when they can be calculated by the store.

Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Lofty Enterprises does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and the order enters fulfillment.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, an incorrect price or product description, suspected fraud, an unsupported destination, payment failure, or a legal restriction. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Please review the order carefully before submitting it.

6. Shipping and Third-Party Fulfillment

Lofty Enterprises is the seller responsible for your order and customer support. We use CJDropshipping and may use other third-party fulfillment providers to store, pack, and ship products on our behalf.

Shipping origin, processing time, transit time, carrier availability, and packaging may vary by product, variant, inventory location, and destination. Contact us before ordering if you need the current expected ship-from country for a specific item.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. If we learn that an order cannot ship within the advertised time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and provide any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Eligible return requests may be made within 14 calendar days after delivery. Return eligibility, instructions, shipping responsibility, and refund timing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Accounts and Communications

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through that account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorization.

Transactional messages about an order may be sent as needed to complete the purchase. Marketing messages are sent only in accordance with your choices and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link included in those messages.

9. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you confirm that it reflects your honest experience, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Lofty Enterprises a non-exclusive license to display that content in connection with the store and its products. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unrelated submissions.

The website design, branding, written content, graphics, and other materials are owned by or lawfully used by Lofty Enterprises and its licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected store content without permission.

Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be limited or waived.
